1. Pre assembly and fixation

Accurately install the tire valve to be tested on a specialized fixture for simulating wheel rims according to standard torque, fully replicate the actual assembly state of the vehicle, ensure that there are no gaps between the root of the tire valve and the wheel rim fitting surface, eliminate detection errors caused by loose assembly, and eliminate interference from human installation problems on the test results.

2. Standard pressure inflation and stabilization

Connect clean and dry compressed air or nitrogen, uniformly pressurize to the industry standard test pressure of 1400kPa, maintain stable pressure output, ensure that the valve is in the rated working pressure state as a whole, and simulate the real pressure conditions of daily high-speed and heavy-duty driving of vehicles.

3. Observation of leak detection by immersion and static placement

Immerse the assembled tire valve and fixture vertically into a clean water tank, keeping the valve opening facing upwards and the liquid level completely covering the valve base and sealing joint area. Let it stand and maintain pressure for 60 seconds. Observe the valve core, threaded interface, and root fitting for continuous air bubble overflow throughout the entire process. 4. High and low temperature simulation retesting (advanced quality inspection)
