Tr414 Car Tire Valve -Premium Snap-In Tubeless Rubber Tire Valve
The TR414 Tire Valve Stem is one of the most popular snap-in tubeless tire valves used on passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks, and trailers. Compared with the TR413, the TR414 features a longer effective stem length, making tire inflation easier on wheels with deeper rim designs or decorative wheel covers.
Manufactured from premium EPDM rubber and precision brass components, the TR414 provides excellent sealing performance, superior resistance to ozone, heat, UV exposure, and aging. Every valve undergoes strict air leak testing to ensure reliable performance and long service life.
Excellent Airtight SealingExcellent airtight sealing to minimize pressure loss.
SuitableSuitable for steel and aluminum wheels with a 0.453" (11.5 mm) valve hole..
CustomizationAvailable in black rubber, chrome sleeve, and customized versions.

Standard 11.5mm (0.453 inch) wheel hub hole
Original steel rims and ordinary alloy wheels are universal, and 95% of household car vacuum tires and wheels on the market can be directly replaced. They are standard parts for automotive repair.
Suitable for wheel hub thickness of 1.8-4mm
Full coverage of mainstream wheels for household cars; The maximum pressure capacity is 65 PSI (4.5 bar), fully meeting the standard tire pressure requirements for sedans/SUVs, and suitable for high-speed driving up to 210 km/h.
Effective length 38mm (1.5 inches)
Compared with shorter tire valves, the TR414 provides greater accessibility during tire inflation. Its longer stem design makes it easier to connect air chucks and pressure gauges, especially on alloy wheels with recessed valve openings.
The premium rubber effectively resists cracking caused by ozone, sunlight, heat, and harsh weather conditions, while the brass stem ensures excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
The TR414 tire valve is suitable for
Passenger vehicle tire replacement
Rubber valves degrade after 3 years with cracks. Skipping valve replacement leads to slow leaks and breakage at high speeds.

How to replace the tire valve
01Dismantle the old tire valve
After peeling off the tire, push out the aged and damaged old tire valve from the inside of the wheel hub, and clean the rust and burrs in the wheel hub holes.
02Install a new tire valve
Apply water-based lubricant to the root of the new tire valve, insert it from the outside of the wheel hub, and use a pulling tool to tighten and fix it in place with the wheel hub.
03Leak detection completed
Inflate to standard tire pressure, apply soapy water to the root of the tire valve and check for no bubbles or leaks. Assemble the tire and perform dynamic balancing.
Tip: When replacing the valve, it is necessary to perform dynamic balancing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between TR413 and TR414 tire valves?
The main difference is the valve stem length. TR413 has an effective length of approximately 32 mm (1.25"), while TR414 measures approximately 38 mm (1.50"). Both fit standard 11.3 mm (0.453") rim holes and are commonly rated for up to 65 PSI cold inflation pressure. The longer TR414 is often preferred for wheels with deeper valve recesses because it provides easier access during inflation.
Can TR414 tire valves be used on aluminum wheels?
Yes. TR414 snap-in rubber valves are suitable for both steel and aluminum wheels that use the standard 11.3 mm (0.453") valve hole and are within the recommended pressure range.
How often should tire valves be replaced?
It is recommended to replace rubber tire valves whenever new tires are installed. This helps maintain a proper air seal and reduces the risk of air leaks caused by aging or cracked rubber.
